Who is Genie Cesar- Fabian?
Genie Cesar-Fabian has practiced law as both outside and in-house counsel in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Following almost a decade as a securities/financial services litigator at AmLaw 100 firms, she transitioned to the role of General Counsel/CCO at a middle market private equity firm, and successfully built its legal and compliance department from the ground up. Following her work in private equity, she served as General Counsel to a tech-enabled asset manager and laid the foundation for a legal department designed to scale. Ms. Cesar-Fabian has also served as a private equity partner and Head of ESG & Sustainability.
